Founder & Director
Reena is committed to establishing a nurturing environment that enables children to thrive. Her Montessori journey commenced in 2021 with the birth of her first daughter, Cleopatra, during which she identified a gap in daycare options that met her standards. In response, she opened her home to families in need of a supportive and stimulating childcare experience. Following the birth of her second daughter, Mahala, in 2023, Reena expanded her daycare and furthered her expertise by becoming a certified daycare owner.
Alivia Carney
Lead Educator
Alivia's dedication to childcare began during her high school studies in child development, where she cultivated a deep passion for nurturing young minds. Building on her experience from babysitting and assisting at the YMCA, she furthered her commitment by working as a nanny for a loving family. In 2023, Alivia welcomed her first son, reinforcing her desire to balance active parenthood with her professional aspirations. Currently employed at Reena Felix's Montessori home daycare, Alivia is devoted to creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters children's growth and development.
